As if we could imagine life being any better for the likes of Rickie Fowler, Jordan Spieth, Smyly Kaufman, and Justin Thomas... Think again.
Playing golf with no shirt, no shoes, and drinking the entire time. I couldn't really draw it up any better for these guys if I tried. The house they are in looks absolutely unreal, and you know they are the kind of people that show up wherever they please and get the works. One of them threw a club that pierced the fine fairway of what looks like a very high end golf club. No worries though, they're with Spieth. Anything goes.
As much as any normal person would envy these dudes, it's really hard not to like them. Yes they're professional athletes that make millions of dollars just playing a game, but they're so relatable to college students. If you asked someone who didn't know who Spieth or Fowler was, they'd tell you from the video these are frat guys being clowns on spring break.
At heart, these guys are really just kids that want to have a good time. So many times people put guys like them on such a high pedestal, but really they're just like any 20-25 year old dude. The only difference is that they have made it at a very early age and have earned the luxury.
For Spieth, this is a much needed vacation after an agonizing defeat at this year's Masters. Something that would have most guys on the couch sulking for weeks. Yet here is Jordan not even two weeks removed from the Masters and he's having an awesome time with his buddies. Absolutely no reason to knock the hustle, it only speaks to how strong-minded Spieth is as a competitor.
PS- Rory should be very salty he didn't take him up on the invite. Maybe Erica has him a little whipped.
After seeing all these snapchats over the last few days... Maybe I should have taken @RickieFowler up on the invite! pic.twitter.com/6vWoFV9LlU— Rory Mcilroy (@McIlroyRory) April 22, 2016
