Grayson Allen might be a bigger weasel than Joffrey was in Game of Thrones. The kid legitimately looks exactly like King Joffrey, not the best person to look like. Allen was not suspended for multiple tripping incidents in the past month. Coach K came out and basically said it was the right call.
"I would not suspend any player for what would be a flagrant 1," Krzyzewski said. "What he got was the stiffest reprimand a player in our conference has gotten this year. I thought the [ACC] took action, and you've got to move on. The world doesn't move on, because it's Duke."
Coach K kind of whipping out the 'ole Duke card for his boy here. You can take a look at the videos for yourself, he clearly sticks his foot out in an effort to knock the dude over. This has happened twice in the month of February, which is kind of a lot. In my eyes, pretty scummy move by one of the better players in the country and the leader of his team. Take it for what you want, but based on these videos I'm kind of surprised the NCAA didn't suspend him for a game.
