MURDER!!! Get the rabies away from A-Rod!!
Long story short the raccoon got speared off of the top of the netting behind home plate at George Steinbrenner Field. Then it somehow survived the fall because I guess coons are in the same family as cats maybe? Not really sure, just as long as A-Rod is okay we're all good here.
On a serious note, aren't raccoons nocturnal animals and if you see one during the day it most likely has rabies? Get that away from our multi-million dollar players, like can you imagine if it got CC? Guy already has enough on his plate right now, plus that would be a terrible omen if someone got rabies from a raccoon before the season started.
Lock it down, groundskeeper guy, lock. it. down.
